Mom Who Didn’t Feed Kid Skips Court and Does Circus Clown

Ok, I made up the circus clown part.. THAT would be awesome, right?

What’s so hard about feeding your child? For instance, I was out last night with a few friends and one of them has a new human. This little child just kinda sticks whatever in her mouth. So, I’m thinking, she can’t really ever get HUNGRY. I mean there is SOME nutritional value in paper napkins and silly bands, right?

A 32-year-old Bethlehem woman facing assault charges for “extreme malnutrition” of her infant daughter failed to appear at her preliminary hearing Tuesday morning and a district judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest.

Despite Jennifer A. Bahn not appearing in court, District Judge Roy Manwaring held the hearing, taking testimony from a social worker with Northampton County Children and Youth and a pediatrician at St. Luke’s Hospital.

The social worker testified Bahn missed four or five appointments to bring her daughter to the hospital and Dr. Phalgunee Patro said the baby’s condition and poor diet could have led to potentially life-threatening problems. Source 

The ironic thing is they finally caught up with her and she was all like “But, I was at my babysitting job” where she literally SAT ON BABIES!!! Get it? (she wasn’t actually babysitting so don’t get all up in my grill, i don’t fucking know what she does with free time besides not go to court.)

I guess she could probably clean up well. It’s not like she’s spending time taking care of her child or anything.
