Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel Good Place for Underage Drinking

There is a bar in Bethlehem, on the south side, called the You’re Welcome Inn. Before I turned 21, while at college, we would go there because they didn’t bother with the hassle of checking to see if you were of age or not. So, we could drink there and it was super awesome.

Now, looking back on it, I guess it was pretty fun, but man, does that place fucking suck. I’ve been to some bad bars in my time, but that one is like walking into a white/black/red trash heaven. Homeless people, people without shoes, wallpaper that has never EVER been replaced. I don’t remember what the carpet/floor looked like, but it couldn’t have been good.

I mean, the glasses, fuck we didn’t care then cause we were 20 years old and in a bar, but the glasses were literally CAKED with fingerprints and whatever else the big boobed lady with no teeth behind the bar had on her palms.

Ugh.

Anyway, if you are reading this and you’re not 21 yet, but you still want to get your drink on, I know the PERFECT place.

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement has cited Cetro Corp., which operates as the Best Western Lehigh Valley Hotel and Conference Center, with serving alcohol to four teenagers.

The bar at the hotel in the 3500 block of Bath Pike in Hanover Township allegedly served the two young women and two young men Nov. 14.

A news release says the hotel could face a penalty ranging from $50 to $100 for a minor offense and up to $5,000 for a serious offense. An administrative law judge will determine the severity of the incident. The judge also has the power to suspend or revoke the hotel’s liquor license or to require training. Source

Sounds like a double date at the hotel went horribly wrong. How do they get caught for this, though? I mean, if they gave them the drinks and then realized it, do they just kinda give them some hush money so they don’t talk about it? And if the kids got served and didn’t get caught at first, they certainly wouldn’t say anything.

How does this happen? Any ideas? Was it a sting operation???
