Lehigh Student Who Sued over C+ and Lost Whines to Judge to Take it Back

image

We’ve all had a lot of fun with the Lehigh student who sued over her C+ grade and lost. End of story, right? I mean, the judge was like, “Yeahhhh, not gonna happen.”

That’s it. The judge made a decision. And, much like a failing grade, if you complain enough and stomp your feet and beg the judge to reconsider it’ll work, right?

Are we in reality right now?

The Lehigh University graduate who unsuccessfully sued the school to improve a controversial grade asked Northampton County Judge Emil Giordano to reconsider his decision.

In court documents filed Monday, attorney Richard J. Orloski asked the judge to either grant Megan Thode a new trial or to alter his judgment in her favor.

Orloski is also arguing Giordano incorrectly barred some emails from being introduced at trial. Some of them involved “vitriolic anti-gay emails” sent by (the professor) Eckhardt, which Orloski claimed would have discredited her as a witness. SOURCE: The Express-Times

It is amazing to me how some people react when they don’t get their way when they are used to getting their way all the time.

It’s seriously like watching a little kid who always got the toys they wanted get to a classroom where they have to share and just don’t quite get the fact that that’s not the way the world works.

Honestly. It’s over. It’s just going to result in WORSE and WORSE future repercussions for her.

Stoooooop.

A free ride to school because your father is a professor doesn’t mean you get a free ride through school.
