Woman Tells Boyfriend to Get a Job, He Chokes Her (FACEBOOK PROFILE)

Times are still tough for many Americans. A lot of people have been laid off and have had a tough going finding something locally that they can work at.

Other people are just really lazy. Well, to be fair, most people are super lazy. But, it’s more fun to be lazy when you have a job, then you don’t feel so bad about it and you probably won’t choke your girlfriend and threaten to kill her because she wants you to deliver a few pizzas now and then.

A Bethlehem man is accused of choking his pregnant girlfriend during an argument about him finding a job, police said.

During the Tuesday night dispute, Joshua Edward Souders, (FACEBOOK PROFILE) 29, of the 1100 block of Livingston Street in the city, attacked Ciera Reilly after she told him that he needed to pick up the slack and get a job to support their child, police said.

Souders pushed Reilly onto their mattress, climbed on top of her and choked her with both hands until she could barely breathe, court records indicate. She tried to pry his hands off her throat and screamed, “Get off me,” but he would not let go, records state.

When Reilly tried to grab her cellphone to call 911, Souders took a hand off her throat to take the phone away, police said. During the attack, he was screaming at her and spitting on her, records say.

When he let her go, Reilly grabbed her things and ran for the door, but Souders chased her and caught her before she could escape, records state. Souders allegedly again grabbed her by her throat and shoved her against the wall, police said.

He told her, “If you give me the cellphone I will let you go,” records indicate. Reilly handed over the phone and he told her, “If the cops come I am going to (expletive) kill you,” documents state. Reilly ran out the door and called police, police said. SOURCE: The Express-Times

In his defense, she really should be cutting down on her cell phone minutes if they are having trouble making ends meet at home.

In her defense, he seems like a complete and total tool who now made it THAT much harder for him to get a job. 

But, it’s probably Obama’s fault or something because, you know, personal responsibility is so passe.
