Ladies Switch Seats During DUI Stop, But Both Are Drunk (FACEBOOK PROFILES)

Pulling the ole driver switcheroo sounds great on paper. However, once you’re pulled over, that police officer isn’t exactly taking his or her eyes off what you’re doing, even if you’re all ninja like.

Also, if you’re going to try and pull something like this, its best to make sure BOTH of you aren’t drunk thus negating the whole purpose of the switcheroo in the first place.

An Allentown woman and her passenger were each arrested Saturday on suspicion of drunken driving after swapping seats during a traffic stop, Pennsylvania State Police report.

Jessica Medina, (FACEBOOK PROFILE) 27, was stopped at 11:23 p.m. on suspicion of multiple traffic and equipment violations on Tilghman Street at Mill Road in Upper Macungie Township, police said.

As the traffic stop began, troopers saw Medina switch spots with front-seat passenger Wanda Enid Santiago, (FACEBOOK PROFILE) police said, perhaps with the goal of avoiding drunken driving charges.

But Santiago, a 45-year-old Allentown woman, had been drinking, too, police said. Charges are to be filed in district court. SOURCE: The Express-Times

“Um, I’m totally also drunk.”

“Oh, well… yeah.”

I wonder if this has EVER worked. Again, looks great on paper but, yeah. Have you ever tried to switch positions with someone in the driver seat? You have to be a Parkette. It’s insane.
