I’m not going to do too much with this one other than give you background since this kid’s mom’s Facebook post really is the highlight.
You don’t need much witty rhetoric from me.
I’m witty rhetoriced (rhetoricked?) out today. Sometimes that happens.
Here’s the deets:
A Tamaqua teenager stole his mother’s (HER FACEBOOK PAGE) sport utility vehicle Wednesday and led police on a 16-mile chase in which pedestrians were endangered and two police cars were damaged, police said.
Robert Rex, 18, of 2201/2 Penn St., was captured in the early afternoon after he ditched the SUV in the State Game Lands north of New Ringgold and ran, police said.
Tamaqua police charged him with theft of his mother Michelle Rex’s vehicle. He had taken her keys without her knowledge, police said. He also was charged with fleeing police, simple assault, reckless endangerment, running stop signs and other traffic offenses.SOURCE: The Morning Call
