Bethlehem Council Member J. William Reynolds Quips Best Quote Ever About His ‘Hot Girlfriend’

J. William Reynolds (Facebook Profile) was elected to city council as the youngest member ever. It’s true. 

He also went to the same college as Johnny Casino.

That’d be Moravian.

He ran, people voted for him, and he won.

Now, I can’t say that I sit in on Bethlehem City Council meetings often ever, but someone (Stephen Antalics) has been passing out sheets to those attending council meetings and asking for grades on the current council members.

And, while J. William Reynolds got a low score, for whatever reason, he may have just gotten my vote.

Tuesday he unveiled his mid-term grades and let’s just say some council members might want to hand in some extra credit before the next marking period. Forget for a moment  that the results appear to be more of a ranking of who agrees with Mayor John Callahan, with those in most agreement getting the lowest grade. And forget that the grades are based on just 35 anonymous responses.

Drumroll please.

Here’s the grades,based on the Antalics scale:

Awww, he got a super bad score because he’s young, right? Ohhhh just wait…

“So it’s only 35 responses, but these are the people who go to council meetings,” Antalics contends. “These are the people who know them best.”

Reynolds, 29, who in November of 2007 garnered more than 5,300  votes to become the youngest Bethlehem Councilman ever, didn’t seem terribly worried about his mid-term D.

Wait for it…. wait for it…..

“I’m sure I’ll lose lots of sleep tonight next to my hot girlfriend,” Reynolds said as he left council chambers. Source

Also, unless this is his sister, then, sure, we’re with you J. William, she’s not too bad at all.

Hmmm. Which is it? Either way, we’re still going with him. He seems not to have many worries.
